St. Lucia

My recent trip to St. Lucia was the reset my soul needed. I stayed at the Royalton where peaceful mornings by the pool helped me slow down and breathe again. I explored the island in the most fun ways possible, from messy and magical volcano mud baths to learning how to make chocolate right where the cocoa is grown. I even hopped into a dune buggy and embraced the beauty of the island with wide open views and wind on my face.

St. Lucia had this way of blending adventure with calm. One minute I was covered in volcanic mud, laughing like a kid, and the next I was floating in the pool letting every worry drift away. It was the perfect mix of excitement, nature, and pure rest.

This trip fed my spirit, recharged my energy, and reminded me why I love exploring places that touch both the heart and the mind. St. Lucia, you were exactly what I needed.
